Nicholas Yee joins Hubio team to Guide Product Development
Hubio Technology, provider of technology solutions that connect insurers with the outside world, including agents, brokers, third party data suppliers and regulators, is pleased to announce that Nicholas Yee has joined the Executive team as Chief Strategy Officer.
Nicholas will be a key addition to the Hubio team as he combines deep technology knowledge and skills, with an insurance background and a passion for innovation.
He will have responsibility for strategy and product development, including the transformation of regul8, Hubio’s market leading regulatory reporting solution, to enable cloud architectures and richer functionality needed by our customers. regul8 is in use with insurers representing over 25% of Canadian insurance premiums, thereby representing a strategic priority for Hubio. Nicholas will also lead the data architecture practice to better help our clients solve issues upstream of regul8 and our other products.
Nicholas graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a business degree and has spent most of his career in IT. He has most recently worked at Aviva, Manulife and TD in technology leadership roles, predominantly focussed on Enterprise Architecture, Data Management and Analytics. He also has experience as founder and CTO of a technology start-up.
