2025 Q3-Q4 Hubio Hero: Dustin Hau

Twice a year, the Hubio Hero Award recognizes an individual who goes above and beyond — someone who not only delivers exceptional work but also embodies the Hubio DRIVE values. 

As part of a recent initiative recognizing outstanding contributions from the past year, we’re excited to announce that our Hubio Hero in the latter half of 2025, is Dustin Hau. 

What does it mean to be a Hubio Hero? 

At Hubio, our work is often complex, fast-moving, and sometimes ambiguous. Those who stand out are those who lean into that uncertainty, take ownership, and create clarity — not just for themselves, but for the teams around them.  

Dare to be Fearless 

From tackling highly ambiguous initiatives across areas such as RSP Guardian Mode to regul8 Connect, to pioneering Hubio’s first formal co-op recruitment program, Dustin consistently embraces uncertainty with confidence — turning undefined challenges into structured, forward-moving initiatives.  

Remove Obstacles 

Quickly learning new domains while continuously improving them, Dustin has played a key role in evolving internal systems, documentations, and processes. His proactive approach to refining how we work has reduced friction and strengthened knowledge sharing across the team.  

Initiate Action 

Through ownership of the knowledge base documentation and product release tracking, among others, Dustin has become a reliable source of clarity for the team he works with daily, as well as Hubio’s cross-functional teams. His leadership across the full co-op lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing support, reflects a strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.  

Value Collaboration and Teamwork 

By aligning stakeholders and establishing clearer, more collaborative processes, Dustin has helped bring teams together and reduce complexity across projects. In high-pressure moments, his steady approach ensures teams remain coordinated, supported, and are able to move forward.  

Enable Clients to Achieve their Goals 

With a strong focus on client needs, Dustin ensures that solutions are built with real-world impact in mind. His work in regul8’s RSP Guardian Mode has helped enable more accurate reporting, effective self-service, and smoother issue resolution, supporting better outcomes for our clients.
